Order and Delivery Policy

Before Delivery

• If your order has been placed with Cash on Delivery (COD), you will receive a call or message for confirmation.
• Orders are delivered within 3-5 working days anywhere in Bangladesh via Pathao Courier.
• No partial delivery is available. Ordering two or more t-shirts means you must keep all t-shirts ordered.
• You might receive a call or message to verify your order by checking your order history with your number. Advance payment may be required for certain reasons.
• Please check the product in front of the delivery person before accepting your t-shirt.
• Customers with low ratings may be subject to pre-delivery charges.

After Delivery

• For any product issues or exchange/return requests, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the delivery via message on our Facebook page or by calling +8801955-111131.
• Pre-delivery charge and delivery charge are non-refundable.
• Refunds for any order will be processed within 7-15 working days after the refund request is approved.

Box Policy

• For every 3 t-shirts ordered, you will receive 1 box.
  Example: If you order 3 t-shirts, they will be packed in 1 box.
• For orders of 1 or 2 t-shirts, you will still receive 1 box.
  Example: If you order 1 or 2 t-shirts, they will be packed in 1 box.
• For 4 t-shirts, you will receive 2 boxes.
  Example: If you order 4 t-shirts, they will be packed into 2 boxes to ensure proper packaging and avoid overcrowding.
• If you require additional boxes beyond the standard allocation (e.g., for special packaging needs or gifts), an extra charge will apply.
  Example: If you need an extra box for 4 t-shirts (total of 3 boxes), you will be charged for the additional box.

• Provide details about your order and specify the number of additional boxes you require.
• Our team will assist you with the additional box request and inform you about any extra charges.
